• Wanneroo & Stirling Street Food EOI form for 2026/27 Season.

  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our events. If you are selected to participate, you will be part of an elite team of some of Perth’s Best street food vendors.

We take pride in our events in every detail, from setting up lights and tables and providing our customers with the best selection of food.

Food Hub Central has been organising events for over 8 years and we are known for such events as the Bao Festival, Burger Festival, and the very popular Perth Banh Mi Festival.

Please note that completing this form does not mean that you are automatically selected. We do give priority to vendors who have supported us in previous years and we don't wish to double up on too many Cusine types. For a better chance to work with us, we would be excited to see more unique cuisine types or weird and wonderful creations that the industry has yet to see.

Our season will commence on the first Friday of October and will finish at the end of April. We host events only within the City of Wanneroo and the City of Stirling from Friday to Sunday at various locations on a rotating roster.

If you have traded anywhere within the City of Wanneroo, you should already have a trading permit, the benefit of this council is that their permits last a lifetime. The City of Stirling has an annual permit and must be renewed on time. If you have permits for both, please check and attach them to this form below.

if you are new, please contact the two councils to register for a trading permit asap before the season starts. This process may take weeks. I would suggest to obtain these permits regardless if you will be trading with us or not as you will need them eventually for other events.

Although we do want vendors to maximise on sales, we also need to keep customers happy, especially if there are long wait times for food.
