By applying to and participating in the Merry Market at Up North Garden Center, the vendor (“you,” “your,” or “vendor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booth Spaces
Vendor booth spaces are 8' x 8' and are located inside the greenhouse at Up North Garden Center.
Booth layouts and assignments will be determined by event organizers.
Vendors must keep their display within their designated space and not encroach on walkways or neighboring booths.
2. Facility Conditions
The event takes place inside a greenhouse, which is not heated.
Vendors acknowledge and accept that the space may be cold during the winter months, and are responsible for dressing accordingly.
No additional heating sources will be provided by Up North Garden Center.
3. Equipment and Rentals
Tables and chairs are not provided with the vendor space.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and display materials unless they have paid for rental equipment in advance through Up North Garden Center.
4. Advertising and Promotion
Vendors are responsible for advertising their participation in the Merry Market on their own social media platforms and communication channels.
While Up North Garden Center will promote the overall event, vendors are expected to assist in driving traffic by announcing their attendance independently.
5. Application Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Merry Market.
Up North Garden Center reserves the right to decline any vendor application at its discretion.
A vendor is not guaranteed a spot until their application has been approved and full payment has been received.
6. Cancellation Policy
The vendor understands that their fee is non refundable.
7. Conduct and Liability
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
Up North Garden Center is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their own merchandise and equipment.
8. Agreement
By submitting an application and participating in the Merry Market, the vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
