Payment Schedule:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the services of Amadeus Music Group for the specified event date. Remaining balance of the total cost will be due 3 bussiness days before the day of service. Please scann our Zelle QR code below or look up on Zelle up by email: events@amadeusmusicgroup.com to initiate a 50% deposit.
Credit Card payments will incur an additional 3% processing fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Notice Period for Changes: The Employer must provide a minimum of 14 calendar days (2 weeks) notice to request a date or time change of the service. Changes requested within this notice period will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to the availability of the musicians.
Cancellation Fees: In the event of a complete cancellation not attributed to any fault of the Musicians, the deposit will be liquidated. However, if the cancellation is due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued. This policy is designed to provide flexibility for necessary adjustments while ensuring fair compensation for the musicians in the event of a cancellation. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
Weather-Related Needs
Protection from Elements: the employer will be expected to provide reasonable protection for the musicians from the weather elements such as rain, strong wind, direct heat/sun.
Outdoor Temperature Requirements: When the outdoor temperatures are higher than allowed by state and health regulations, the Manager and the Musicians will work together to determine suitable alternatives, such as providing shade, cooling measures, or an indoor performance space, to ensure the safety and well-being of the musicians and the success of the event.
Cancellation due to Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather that poses a threat to the safety of the musicians or the feasibility of the performance, the Employer and the Amadeus Group may cancel the event by mutual agreement.
Certificate of Insurance (COI):
A general proof of our insurance coverage is provided at no cost. If your venue requires a COI issued specifically in their name (additionally insured), a $25 processing fee will apply.
