Welcome to the Sadity Membership. By enrolling, you agree to the following:
💼 Membership Details
Luxury Membership ($350/month): Includes 1 house call/month (within 15 miles), one medium knotless/month, 1 takedown + wash, 40% off additional styles, no deposit, all unused benefits can transfer to a family member
Signature Membership ($250/month): Includes 1 full style/month (up to 4 hours) or $230 value to apply to another style, take-down & wash, free butt length & freestyle add-ons (only for the included style), 30% off additional styles, hair included (this only applies to braiding hair. Locs, Boho, hair for invisible locs, etc. isn't included) & no deposit, all unused benefits can transfer to a family member
📆 Commitment & Billing
Membership requires an initial 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. If cancelled before the 3-month commitment is complete, a $150 early termination fee (Luxury) or $100 (Signature) will apply. After the 3-month commitment, billing will auto renew continuously unless canceled 30 days prior to renewal. Auto pay is required.
🚫 Missed Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows may forfeit that month’s included service.
Missed services do not roll over (except under approved exceptions below).
🔁 Rollover Clause
One unused service may be rolled over every 3 months.
This rollover must be requested within 7 days of the missed month.
🚗 House Call Policy (Luxury Only)
House calls are limited to a [15-mile radius].
Travel beyond this distance may be available and will include an additional fee. Please make sure you have a clean designated space for the appointment. If not, the appointment will be rescheduled and completed at my private suite.
✂️ Add-ons
Signature Members get hair included. Luxury Members may provide hair or request hair add-on for a small fee.
💰 No Deposit Policy
As a member, you are exempt from deposit fees.
However, consistent no-shows may result in removal from the membership program.
📝 Agreement Termination
Membership may be canceled by Sadity Suites if terms are repeatedly violated.
Memberships canceled early are not eligible for refunds of previous months.
