PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

NOTE: The above Entry Form must be filled out for artwork being entered. For grades 10-12 you may enter the information for a second piece on this form. Please refer to the YASS 2026 Artwork Divisions and Classifications document on the Heard website for details on the classification for entries. When complete, click on "Submit" and you will receive an email containing the information you entered. You will also see a link near the bottom of the email: "edit your submission". You may click on that and update any of the information.

Also be sure to fill out a tag (FORM LINK BELOW)

and attach it to the back or bottom of each piece of artwork entered. Fill in your name, the title and medium. Make sure all of the information is printed legibly. A Heard member will complete the Entry number on the tag.

Youth aged 18, regardless of whether still in high school, may choose to enter the Juried Competition at the 2026 Indian Fair and Market as an adult, using the regular application for Fair Artists, OR the Youth Art Show and Sale. Eighteen-year-olds may only enter one competition: the Fair or YASS.
