Terms & Conditions

• Foodtrader / Food Registration – All food vendors are required to have a valid Food Act registration from their registering council. You must also have lodged a Statement of Trade with Streatrader, please email us a copy of above no later than 1st December 2025.

• Fire Extinguisher – Vendors using cooking equipment must have a portable and tested and tagged fire extinguisher. A fire blanket is also required. Please ensure you fire protection equipment is in date.

• Gas Cylinder – Vendors cooking with gas must ensure that they are certified by Energy Safe Victoria (ESV).

• Power leads & boards – Vendors must supply ALL power leads and power boards required to operate their site. Please ensure these are suitable for outdoor use.

• Testing and Tagging – Lighting, leads, power-boards and the like MUST be tagged and tested by a certified electrician prior to the event. The tag MUST clearly show the test date, the next schedules test and inspection date.

• Drip-trays – All essential vehicles that remain onsite must have a drip-tray underneath.

• Waste – You are responsible to remove your own waste. Please also ensure back-of-house areas are kept tidy.
