Planning Service Agreement

Some trips require a Planning Service Agreement before any research or consultation can begin. This non-refundable planning charge starts at $150 unless otherwise discussed and may vary depending on the complexity of your travel plans. The amount will be communicated before any work begins and covers:

• Itinerary curation
• In-depth research
• Customized travel design strategy

If your trip requires a Planning Service Agreement, you’ll be notified after your form is reviewed. In some cases, the agreement may be collected immediately upon submission to secure your consultation and initiate the planning process. The final amount is based on your destination, group size, and overall trip complexity, and will be confirmed before any additional work begins.

A consultation may be scheduled if your trip requires in-depth coordination, design, or review. In some cases, if your preferences are clear and straightforward, we may be able to proceed without one. This flexibility allows me to align the planning process with the needs of your trip while respecting both your time and mine.

Please note:

• The Planning Service Agreement is not a deposit
• It is not applied to any vendor, package, or trip cost
• It strictly compensates for the time, strategy, and design invested in building your custom experience
• No additional work begins until the agreement is received

Working With Vetted Partners Only

• To protect your experience and ensure everything flows seamlessly, I only plan and coordinate travel services through vetted, trusted supplier partners.
• I do not quote or manage third-party or self-booked services (like Groupon).
• If something falls outside of my trusted network, I’ll do one of the following:
  • Offer a close vetted alternative
  • Recommend leaving it off the itinerary

📎 In some cases, special requests outside my supplier network may incur an additional customization fee.

What Happens Next

Once your form is submitted, here’s what to expect:

• I’ll review your responses and assess your trip needs.
• If a Planning Fee applies, you’ll receive payment instructions.
• Once payment is received, I’ll begin building your custom itinerary.
• If needed, I may schedule a live consult for deeper coordination.
• If your trip is simple and clear, I may start without a consultation.

This approach ensures that the planning process aligns with your travel vision while respecting your time and budget.
