BALANCE PAYMENT

Once your booking form and deposit has been received, Emily will be in contact with the theory course details, and diploma module access if applicable. The balance is due a month before the course starts or can be spread monthly or on request

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to the course commencing are 100% non-refundable

MINIMUM PARTICIPANT POLICY
A minimum of 8 participants are required to host this course. If numbers are lower, Emily may decide to reschedule to another date. In this instance, you will be entitled to a full refund or to transfer to another course date

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Receiving and understanding how it's meant to feel is crucial when learning massage. Please be aware that there are several WFMT contraindications, if any of these apply, you will be unable to receive some or many of the WFMT techniques.

STUDENT AGREEMENT
As a Participant in the Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy (WFMT) Training, developed by Clare Spink, N.D - I understand and agree:

- that I am receiving training techniques to treat Women’s Health and Fertility and I will apply these techniques with respect for my clients and for the practice of WFMT.

- that Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy (WFMT) is a trademark, and the proprietary materials presented may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission. When referring to Womb & Fertility Massage in brochures, web sites, presentations or other places, I will acknowledge the work as developed by and belonging to Clare Spink.

- that this course does not authorize me to teach WFMT, only to host self-care workshops or instruct clients in their own self-care. I will not use the practical techniques or written materials to teach third parties in any way other than above, without written permission.

- that until I have completed the required case studies and theory exam and been issued with a WFMT certificate, I must not advertise or promote myself on social media, website or any written material as a qualified WMFT Practitioner or charge clients for treatments. 

- that as a Massage Therapist I am appropriately qualified, with suitable professional insurance to participate in the training and to practice WFMT with clients. It is my responsibility to understand and remain within the boundaries of my own professional training, license, and scope of practice while applying WFMT, and will seek all necessary permission from clients, and if needed, extended training.

- OR that as a Non-Massage Therapist I am responsible for completing the additional modules to comply with the requirements of a Governing Body and Insurance Company.
