We are the HDFC Coalition, more than 100,000 HDFC homeowners fighting to save from the demise the homes we rebuilt with our savings and sweat equity. HDFCs are now at a crucial turning point. The DAMP tax break that helps keep our homes affordable expires in 2029, and together with our elected officials, we HDFC homeowners are working hard to extend and improve that tax benefit, so we can afford to keep our homes.
