I shall indemnify and hold harmless HMM from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suites, proceedings, actions and costs of actions, including attorney’s fees of any kinds or nature arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or my appearance at HMM or the conduct of business by me, my agents, employees, customers, patrons or invitees. I assume all costs of any loss suffered by any party occasioned by the intentional, reckless, negligent or other act engaged in by me and shall agree herein to release from liability HMM or all time for any such loss occurring while vendor/presenter engages in activity on the premises of HMM.
