Pet-Only Adoption

I agree that the animal is adopted solely as a pet and will not be bred. If accidental breeding occurs, I will notify the breeder immediately.
Proper Care: I agree to provide a clean, well-sized, ventilated enclosure with appropriate bedding, food, water, and mental stimulation.

Social Needs

I agree to provide a same-sex or spayed/neutered companion to meet the animal’s social needs.

Quarantine & Healthcare

I agree to quarantine my new pet for the recommended period and seek veterinary care as needed.

Breeder First Return

If I can't keep the animal, I agree to contact the breeder first before considering rehoming.
Informing of Health or Death: I agree to notify the breeder of any serious health changes or the animal’s death, including date and cause.

Health Risks Acknowledgment

I acknowledge health risks associated with rodents, will ensure hygiene, and understand the breeder holds no liability.

Legal and Truthful Agreement

I confirm I’m 18+ (or have consent) and have answered in the application truthfully and accurately.
