Tattoo booking form

you can submit a booking request at any time, even when i'm not booking, i'll respond via email when I open books back up or have a cancelation. I typically put my dates in the booking highlight on my instagram, if there is nothing listed for the month you can still submit this form.

my minimum is 150, unless I'm hosting a flash day. Most of my medium sized flash fall between 200-350. There will be a section below where you can state your budget, I can always adapt a design to fit a budget, or talk about a payment plan. Larger pieces fall between 350-600. most of my work won't surpass 700. I can always send a quote if you know what you want prior to the session, however it will typically be a range not an exact number. I prefer cash payment day of your appointment, but can also accept zelle.

Once we land on a date I will send you my zelle info for the deposit. Only submit a request if you intend to send a deposit and book, if you have questions those can be answered via DM or email directly. Your appointment isn't confirmed until I receive the deposit. I will send you the address details/ prep suggestions once I receive the deposit- note: I tattoo in a few different shops, so if i've tattooed you before, your subsequent appointment may not be at the same address, so be sure to check your email prior to coming in. Your deposit is subtracted from the final cost of your tattoo if you pick from my available flash, if you are getting a freehand, custom, or altered flash the deposit serves as a drawing fee and is not subtracted from the final cost.

If you need to cancel or reschedule you can do that at any point, please notify me as soon as you're sure you cant make your appointment. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your set appointment I will have you send another deposit to rebook. If you cancel before 48 hours prior to your appointment I will send you back your deposit. I'm always open to you transferring your appointment to a friend if you can no longer make it.

I will accept customs if I think they fit the style of my existing work. The more open you are for my interpretation of an image, or vague idea, the better :) I typically don't send drawings prior to the appointment, but come with sketches to show you and leave plenty of time to edit/ adjust/ redraw if needed day of.
