    Awards: Best of Show - $150, 1st Place - $100, 2nd Place - $50, 3rd Place - $25, and a President’s Award - $50. Certificates, Ribbons in (9) Categories

    Please make certain you have reviewed all the details on the Prospectus online first, for the preparation of images if needed. Check the online Help Tools here before submitting, and then complete your application carefully. 

    Prospectus Overview: (The entire Prospectus is also attached within this application)

    • Only one application is accepted per artist.
    • Complete all the appropriate fields for your entries.
    • 1 to 3 entries are allowed.
    • 1) 2D may be up to 50"H
    • 1) 3D Wall Hanging may be 50"H
    • 1) 3D Pedestal may not exceed 40H" with a base not to exceed 14x14"
    • 1) 3D Floor-standing sculpture may not exceed 72"H
    • All measured diagonally, with the total of entries not to exceed 100" in length (All measured diagonally with the frame)
    • Price must include sales tax. Gallery commission is 20% + 3% for credit card fees (if used).
    • Entry Fee Members: Up to 2 for $35.00, (minimum), and $15 for any additional 1 entry thereafter. 
    • Entre Fee Non-Members: Up to 2 for $40.00, and $15 for any additional 1 entry thereafter. 
    • Notification of acceptance is due by September 26, 2025.
