    Our meeting rooms have an ideal capacity of 8 people, but can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people (at an additional charge of PhP 100 per person per hour).

  • FOR CLIENTS RESERVING A MEETING ROOM / FUNCTION ROOM:

    In order to proceed with reserving your slot, please be advised that 50% downpayment is required. This amount will be deducted from the total amount during the actual date of the reservation.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Advance cancellation (7–14 days before start time): Full refund or credit of downpayment.
    • Mid-window cancellation (2–6 days before start time): 50% refund or credit of downpayment.
    • Last-minute (within 48 hours) and no-shows: No refund.

    Upon completion of this reservation form, kindly wait for our Community Manager to get in touch with you shortly. They will confirm the details of the reservation and provide you with the available modes of payment.

  • FOR CLIENTS BRINGING THEIR CARS:

    The parking slots in front of the building are shared by all building clients, and therefore, parking is limited to a maximum of thirty minutes only.

    Should you wish to park for a longer period of time, parking options are available in the following nearby establishments on a first come, first served basis:

    • Bayantel: street parking only
    • D Condo Place / 7-Eleven: paid parking
    • La Residencia / Fat Cousins: paid parking
    • 99 Maginhawa Suites / Bo's Coffee: paid parking
    • MPlace Building / Metrobank Maginhawa: paid parking

    For clients reserving the function room: our community manager can reserve one parking slot (either for the event host or the supplier's service vehicle); however, this is subject to availability, so please inform our community manager at least one day in advance.
