  • Emotional OS: Level 2 – Emotional Agility (Agility)

    The ability to flexibly shift your emotional state and consciously choose your response in emotionally charged situations, using emotions as signals rather than drivers.
  • Emotional OS: Level 3 – Relational Intelligence (Intelligence)

    Applying emotional awareness to build understanding and connection with others. You remain steady during difficult interactions, communicate empathetically, and respond to the emotional needs of your team.

    Shaping the emotional environment around you. You cultivate psychological safety, guide others through emotional challenges, and create a culture of emotional openness and resilience.
