1. I am not a member of Soroptimist International.

2. I confirm I am between 22 and 35 years old.

3. I am fluent in English and able to actively participate in the program.

4. I commit to attending the entire duration of the Academy from October
10–15, 2025.

5. I will participate in the online preparatory meeting prior to the event.

6. I commit to taking part in the mentoring program following the Academy.

7. I understand there is a €50 registration fee and that all other costs, including
accommodation, meals, and local program travel will be covered.

8. I understand I am responsible for covering my own travel to Zagreb and from
Maribor.

9. I confirm that I will have valid travel insurance, including medical coverage,
for the full duration of the Academy.
