About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled P&H 4100XPC Electric Rope Shovel Operator to join our team in the Bowen Basin. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the P&H 4100XPC shovel as part of a committed and safety-focused crew.

Key Responsibilities
·Operate the P&H 4100XPC Electric Rope Shovel to meet production targets safely and efficiently
·Conduct thorough pre-start and operational checks to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition
·Maintain strict compliance with site safety protocols and company policies
·Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and operational concerns
·Support basic maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
What We’re Looking For
·Proven experience operating the P&H 4100XPC Electric Rope Shovel in a coal mining environment
·Current Coal Board Medical
·Valid Standard 11 Induction
·Strong safety mindset and commitment to procedures
·Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
·Positive attitude and strong communication skills
