Before participating in Napo's Four Legged Fêre, we kindly ask that all dog owners read, understand, and agree to the following terms. By signing this document, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below:
Dogs on Leads: All dogs must remain on a lead at all times during the event, including while participating in the Scent Maze. No off-lead dogs are permitted.
Dog Behavior: Owners confirm that their dogs are not aggressive and have not exhibited aggressive behavior toward humans or other dogs. Napo Ltd reserves the right to remove any dog from the event if aggression is observed.
Third Party Liability Insurance: Owners confirm that their dogs have third party liability insurance.
Trainer Supervision: The Scent Maze can only be completed under the supervision of a certified Napo staff trainer. Owners and their dogs must follow the instructions provided by Napo staff at all times.
Dog Interaction: Attendees must not approach or allow their dog to approach other dogs without explicit permission from the other owner. This is to prevent potential conflicts or accidents.
Dog Harness: All dogs must wear a harness while participating in the maze and scentwork activities. If a dog is not wearing a harness, owners participate at their own risk. Napo Ltd will not be liable for any injuries resulting from improper use of leads, collars, or harnesses.
Photography & Videography: By participating in this event, you consent to the photography and/or videography of you and your dog. Napo Ltd may use these images for promotional or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.
Participation at Own Risk: All scentwork games, activities, and use of scentwork kits are undertaken at your own risk. Napo Ltd is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or harm caused to participants, dogs, or property during the event.
Scentwork Kit Usage: The scentwork kits provided as part of the event, which may include treats and toys, are to be used at your own risk. Napo Ltd takes no responsibility for any adverse reactions, injuries, or accidents caused by the use of these kits.
Health & Fitness of Dogs: Owners must ensure that their dogs are in good health and physically fit to participate in the event's activities. Napo Ltd reserves the right to deny participation if a dog appears unwell or unfit.
Event Environment: Participants acknowledge that the event environment may include other dogs, people, loud noises, and various distractions. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their dog can handle such an environment. Napo Ltd is not responsible for any stress or behavioural issues resulting from the event.
Owner Responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for the actions of their dogs. Napo Ltd will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents caused by dogs to other participants, dogs, or property.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above terms, and I accept full responsibility for myself and my dog while participating in Napo's Four Legged Fête. I release Napo Ltd and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the event.
