    Booth Rental - $55 (Additional $5 per booth for booths with electricity access.  Limited number available)

    Booth space is 10’x10’, and includes 2 chairs. No tables, display cases, etc. will be provided. There is no limit on the number of booth spaces that can be purchased, but any vendor needing more than two (2) must call 270-985-1700 to make arrangements. The facility will be open for set-up on Friday October 24 from 12:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. for those vendors wanting to get set up early, and 6:30 am Saturday for those who prefer to set up same day.  The Sportsplex will be secured Friday night. 

    In the spirit of giving our vendors the best opportunity to generate sales, we will be limiting the number of vendors for specific items.  Be sure to register early to guarantee your spot.

    Simply fill out the below form to register.  We have included a "CODE WORD" to the registration. If accepted, we will send you an invoice directly to guarantee your spot that will include your "CODE WORD" so that you will know the invoice is legitimate.  (Submission of form does not guarantee acceptance.  You will receive a notification and invoice if you are approved. )

    YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL FROM TONY HENSON OR JASON WELLS AND THE FOLLOW UP INVOICE WILL COME FROM REC-DESK WHICH WILL INCLUDE YOUR REQUESTED "CODE WORD".  PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THIS.
