This form is considered a request to reserve the cabana. A seperate reply will be provided, generally within 72 hours of the inquiry, to approve the request. This provides the HOA time to review the request and confirm the cabana is available on that date.

A $50 refundable deposit is required at time of request approval. This deposit will be returned to the resident should the cabana be returned to pre-reservation condition upon completion of the use of the space. If the space requires additional work to clean or make repairs, the deposit will be surrendered. The deposit can be provided to an HOA board member and instructions will be provided at time of reservation approval. A check or cash can be accepted.

1 date may be reserved at any given time. At completion of reservation, an additional date may be reserved at that time.

**Please note, the reservation is for the cabana only. The tennis/pickleball courts and pool are not part of the reservation. Additionally, the bathrooms within the cabana will remain accessible for other residents and their guests during the time the cabana is reserved and in use.
