This training series is built in 3, independent sessions to build on information and skill-building exercises to increase courtroom testimony and how information is imparted in a legal setting. Each session is 3.5 hours and necessitate video and audio capability for all participants. These sessions are interactive and designed for feedback, enhancing the learning experience! I Do: Foundations in Testimony

Module 1: Reviews core information regarding receiving and responding to subpoenas, court appearances, and foundational testimony information. Includes activity and discussion opportunities. Each session is $100.00 per person.
I Do: Direct Examination

Module 2: Focuses on direct examination and presenting on the stand. This is achieved through content review and mock testimony exercises. This includes peer-to-peer and trainer feedback. Each session is $100.00 per person.
I Do: Cross-Examination

Module 3: Advances attendees’ experience in direct testimony as well as cross-examination through mock testimony exercises. This includes peer-to-peer and trainer feedback. Each session is $100.00 per person.
