Eligibility, Code of Conduct and Registration Fees

Students representing LWCS are expected to represent the school in a manner that reflects positively about the community. It is for this reason that the following will need to be implemented with the cooperation of coaches, players, parents and staff.

Any student who violates any of the following rules will be subject to a minimum of one game suspension which shall include not attending the game as a spectator, to suspension from after-school activities for the rest of the year.

- Damaged or unlawfully acquired school property.
- Damaged or unlawfully acquired personal property.
- Caused physical injury to another student.
- Possessed dangerous objects.
- Possessed, used, sold, furnished drugs or alcohol.
- Possessed, used, sold, furnished tobacco.
- Obscene act, profanity, vulgarity.
- Disrupted school activities, defied authority.

Registration Fees:

Due to rise in Refferee fees, registration fees increased by $10

- Cubs Soccer - $40 (Grades 1 through 4)
- Middle School Soccer - $105 (Grades 5 through 8)
- Varsity Soccer - $145 (High School)

*** Students may not be involved in after school activities until they have returned this form and paid (or made arrangements to pay) athletic fees.

*** Academics and Effort standards must be met. All grades will be checked on a regular basis through Thinkwave and not just on progress reports and report cards. Athletes must maintain an overall average of 77 to participate in LWCS Athletics.

Photo release statement: I also hereby consent, without further consideration or compensation, to use (full/partial) of all photos, audios or videos made of my child or family members during the 2026 Living Waters Soccer sporting events, for the purposes of events documentation, promotional materials or web content. Further, I release Living Waters Christian School and its volunteers from any liability, which may arise from the use of those photos.
