Abstract Submission Form

Submit a presentation proposal (abstract) for inclusion in the 2026 Annual Convention program. ASC will host a Caulks & Sealants and Pressure Sensitive Adhesives Short Courses that will run concurrent with the convention. Session speakers in these areas are needed. The EXPO will be held on April 21 from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m (NEW HOURS).

Criteria for Acceptance: 
• Improved, new or novel material, approach or application of adhesives, sealants, and periphery technologies.

• Abstracts with high level, technical or business development topics without commercial/promotional content is proposed; any abstracts that contain trade names in title, description or abstract will not be considered.

• All resulting presentations must be original, first time published, highlighting recent work.

Speaking opportunities at ASC’s 2026 Annual Convention will be competitive. Abstracts are expected to clearly describe the advancements made and importance to industry, with high level technical content beyond common knowledge. All abstracts submitted are peer reviewed by ASC’s technical programming committee. The top-rated candidates will be invited to speak on or before January 16th.

Presentations will be schedule for 25 minutes which includes time for Q&A. The top-rated candidates will be invited to speak on or before January 10th. 

Deadline to submit an abstract is Friday, December 12, 2025.

 

To be considered, presentation proposals (abstracts) should contain timely, applicable and relevant information on business or technical innovations and advancements, research methodology with demonstrative importance to the adhesive and sealant industry.
