• There is a limit of ONE (1) temporary guest pass per household at a time
• Guest pass requests must be submitted at least THREE (3) business days in advance of the desired start date
This allows the HOA team sufficient time to process the request and ensure the guest’s credentials are activated in advance. Please note that if you plan to use the pass during the weekend or on a Monday, you must submit a request by no later than Tuesday!
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• There are NO same-day or emergency processing requests: no exceptions for weekends or office after-hours requests
• Guest passes are activated for a strict 48-hour window, starting from the designated date and time listed on this form
• Reissuance of a guest pass for the same individual within 30 days is not permitted
• There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $25.00 fee per pass with no exceptions
• If the pool or other amenity is unexpectedly closed for weather, maintenance, or emergency, guest passes will not be refunded or extended
• Guests are expected to follow all rules and guidelines in place at ArrowBrooke pools
• Guest passes are issued as mobile credentials and sent to the email listed on this form
