Eligibility:
There are NO qualifying totals or championships to enter this compeittion.
Open to the first 40 athletes Only! Please register early, as the competition will surely sell out.

Membership:
All Athletes are required to be current member of Powerlifting America by the day of the event. Once your membership card is purchased it will be valid for 365 days.

Weight Classes:
Women: 43kg, 47kg, 52kg, 57kg, 63kg, 69kg, 76kg, 84kg, and 84+kg
Men: 53kg, 59kg, 66kg, 74kg, 83kg, 93kg, 105kg, 120kg, and 120+kg
Uniforms:
All support suits, shirts, wraps, knee sleeves, and singlets must meet the IPF specifications.
Awards:
Medals will be given to 1st – 5th place by total and weight class for all age categories and divisions.
Trophies will be awarded to the best overall lifter in the following compeittions:
1. Powerlifting Championship
2. Push-Pull Championship
3. Bench Press Championship
4. Deadlift Championship
Note:
All registered athletes are subject to drug testing before, during, or after the competition by USADA or CCES!
Admission:
Admission for spectators and personal coaches: $10.00 CASH at the door.
Payment will be collected by the Iron Legion Staff Member.

Session I:
7:00am to 8:30am – Weigh in for all Women
7:00am to 8:30am – Weigh in for all Men 53.00kg to 74.00kg
9:00am to 12:00pm – Competition Lifting
12:00pm to 12:30pm – Awards
Session II:
12:00pm to 1:30pm – Weigh in for all Men 83.00kg to 120+kg
2:00pm to 5:00pm – Competition Lifting
5:00pm to 5:30pm – Awards
