As the leading resource for window fashion professionals, Window Fashion VISION is excited to recognize the most exciting and up-and-coming people working with window treatments today through the VISION 20 Under 40 2025 Awards.
Please nominate people between the ages of 18 and 39 who are making amazing contributions to the window covering industry. Nominees may include:
• Workroom professionals
• Interior designers who regularly specify custom window treatments
• Installers
• Professionals at retail and manufacturing companies
• Anyone else who is highly involved in the window covering industry
Recipients will be selected based on the following:
• Experience and commitment to the window covering industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Professional affiliations and other recognition in the industry
• Personal or professional statement (from nominee or nominator)
• One of our goals is to include people from diverse backgrounds and parts of the industry
Nominations are due by Friday, September 26.
Winners will be recognized at a special awards ceremony in Raleigh, North Carolina during IWCE in April 2026.
A short description of each winner will be published in the November + December 2025 issue of Window Fashion VISION magazine and on the wf-vision blog.
