Jones Housing Programs Service Provider Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Jones Second Chance Housing, a transitional housing program under Jones Property Company and supported by Jones Community Development Foundation.

We welcome partnerships with nonprofits, agencies, and third-party organizations that offer free or low-cost services to support men reentering society. This includes—but is not limited to—services in employment, financial literacy, mental health, substance use recovery, transportation, legal support, and reentry case management.

The home is located on the West Side of Wilmington, DE, and will be ready to welcome residents sometime in July or August 2025. We are currently identifying partners who are willing to offer on-site, off-site, or virtual support to meet residents' needs.
