- You will need your SAT/ACT scores and class rank for this application.
- You will also be asked to upload the following documents as part of this application:
  - Essay reponses to questions below.
  - Written recommendations from two teachers or school staff, coach if involved in athletics, pastor and/or community leader (Provide your reference with the full eligibility requirements linked above.)
