Half booths will share a canopy with another vendor. If you have someone you plan to share a canopy with, please provide their business name. If not, please write "N/A" and SDM will assign another business.
What will you be donating as your Giveaway items?*
We require that vendors donate 10-15 items or less at a combined wholesale value of $75 for our giveaways. No gift cards or coupons. Drop off no later than 8/1
