The Community State Championships is for players turning 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 by 31st December 2026.
NNSWF is seeking players to be involved in the tournament in 2026.
Interested players are invited to attend the 2026 Community State Championships Player Trials on Friday the 10th April (Girls) 9am-12pm & (Boys) 12:30pm-3pm.
Players must attend the player trials to be eligible for selection. If you are unavailable to attend the trials, communication with NNSWF must occur before the trial date to decide if players are eligible for selection.
NNSWF will select to the following teams in each age group: 12s,14s & 16s Girls, 12s, 14s & 16s Boys.
To be eligible for the NNSWF COMMUNITY STATE CHAMPIONSHIP team you must:
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Be born in 2015/2014/2013/2012/2011/2010
- Be a registered football player within the national PlayFootball registration system to a NNSWF affiliated club
Cost:
- $170 - per player if selected to attend Community State Championships.
Accommodation is to be taken care of by the player and family.
