All families who are enrolled in Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC are agreeing to these terms and condotions.

By my signature below, I understand the instructor and location assume no responsibility for injuries or illnesses which I may sustain as a result of my physical condition or resulting from participation in a class. I hereby release and discharge the instructor and the facility from any and all claims for injury, illness, death, loss or damage, which may result from my participation in activities at this location.

I give my consent for images (photographs or video) of myself and/or my child to be taken and used to document the activities of Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC. I grant Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC permission to use these images for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms stated above.

If I do NOT wish for images of myself or my child to be used, I understand that I must notify Jessica King both by email at [MusikgartenAndMoreBoca@gmail.com] before the first class and in person at the first class.

When emailing, please include the following details:
• The class you are registered for
• Your child’s full name

By participating with Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC’s activities, services, or events, you agree to maintain respectful communication and refrain from posting defamatory, false, or misleading content about Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliated programs on social media or any other public platform.

If you have concerns or feedback, you are encouraged to address them directly with management to resolve any issues promptly and constructively.

Violation of this agreement may result in appropriate legal action, including but not limited to seeking damages for reputational harm caused by false or disparaging statements.

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as a condition of participation in Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC’s services/classes.

• All fees are non-refundable and are considered earned once the session begins.

• Classes are non-transferable and may not be shared or transferred to others.

• Your session fee covers all classes you are able to attend. Makeups are not available. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, thunder, lightning), tropical storms, hurricanes, or other acts of God, a custom virtual class will be recorded and sent via email.

• Drop-in classes are only available to out-of-town friends or family. The à la carte fee is $40 per class.

• There is a $17.50 sibling fee for any additional child (over 6 months old) attending with a paid student.

• A completed Liability Waiver is required before attending your first class. This must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

• If after the first class you feel Musikgarten Boca is not the right fit, you may request a refund for the remaining classes within 24 hours. The refund will reflect a deduction for the attended class at the à la carte rate of $40, plus any applicable administrative fees.
