Instructions:
1. After submitting your Volunteer Interest Form, you will be contacted to schedule an Orientation Tour, where you will be given a tour of the shelter and the Volunteer Program will be covered with you.
2. A link will be emailed to you to register for Digital Cheetah, which is our volunteer platform and use is required. Digital Cheetah is available through a website or phone app and is used to do things like signing up for training and entering your volunteer hours.
3. After the Orientation Tour is completed, you will need to complete training to volunteer at the shelter.

1. A Parent or Legal Guardian must become a volunteer and always accompany a Minor.
2. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to handle animals directly.
3. Those under 16 years old cannot handle animals directly, but they may accompany their Parent or Legal Guardian at the shelter if they are at least 10 years old.
