Any Damages inside JayM Studios need to be pay
Respectful behavior is expected inside JayM Studios.
You will be responsible for your safety during the photo session.
You will be responsible for any damages caused inside JayM Studios.
ARE YOU BRINGING PET?
NOTE: Yes, we are Pet Friendly...But Leash and diapers are required before and after the photoshoot to avoid any incidents. Please make sure to look after your pet. (BE A 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 PET 𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗘𝗥) Thank you.

Rebooking Policy
Rebooking 72 hours (3 days) before your photoshoot session.

No cancellation/refund 3 days before your photoshoot session but can rebook and pay for rebooking fee of Php 300.

STRICLY NO REFUND POLICY

We have a STRICT 10 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD

Your time will run right after the 5 minutes grace period

NOTE: PLEASE COME EARLY OF YOUR BOOKING DATE

Clients who arrive later than the 5 mins grace period WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE THE FREE ALL SOFT COPIES.

Your slot will be FORFEITED if you do not show up for your scheduled session.

We advised our clients to arrive 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME, come dressed and ready for photoshoot

No refund after your reservation but we allow one time rebooking of schedule (depending on the availability of slot)

SOFT COPIES OF PICTURES
We are sending soft copies via Google drive.
Please be advise that we will store soft copies up to 1 week only. Kindly make sure to download all the photos during these time frame.
