REVEL DANCE CONVENTION SEASON 10 RESERVATION & DEPOSIT FORM
REVEL offers studios the oppportunity to reserve and secure their convention and competition spots for the upcoming season. Please complete the form below and pay the deposit to reserve your spots. Payment of the deposit is the ONLY way to secure your reservation.

Many cities fill up quickly, so it is strongly recommended to complete the reservation and pay the deposit as soon as possible.

Reservations are only available to studios and require a minimum of 5 dancers.

Once you submit the Reservation Form and pay the deposit, REVEL will create your event registration in our registration software, and a credit in the amount of the paid deposit will be applied to your registration. You cannot apply a former credit towards a deposit.

Reservations are non-refundable and are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

All competition routine entries (or TBD placeholders) and dancers must be added into our online registration system by November 1st, with the exception of our Mobile, St. Louis, and Pittsburgh events (which must be added by September 1st), and our Las Vegas and Omaha events (which must be added by October 1st). You can always add to your registration if there is space available prior to the cutoff. If dancers and routines (or placeholders) are not added by these deadlines, your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Please note that most REVEL cities only permit one solo per dancer. If more space becomes available for second solos, studios will be notified 45 days prior to the event.

With respect to all reservations, full fees are due 30 days prior to the event. Payments received after the payment deadline are subject to forfeiture of your deposit, and cancellation of your reservation.

In select markets, REVEL may open a second event on the same weekend at an alternate location within the same general area to accommodate demand. Reservations and registrations are processed in the order they are received, and attendees may be assigned to the second location (if applicable) based on initial capacity limits being reached. Notice will be given in a reasonable timeframe should this occur.

Please note that if you significantly over-reserved last season or ultimately did not attend after reserving, our team may reach out to you with additional questions and terms to confirm numbers for this season.
