Please use this form to enable us to claim Gift Aid on your donations to St Wilfrid's Church.

For UK taxpayers, we are able to reclaim 25p for every £1 given, at no extra cost to you. Once you have completed the form, there is no further action required from you, unless your situation changes and we are no longer able to claim gift aid. We will claim the money directly from the HMRC.

I also agree to notify St Wilfrid’s Church if my circumstances change and I am no longer eligible to claim Gift Aid.
