Dear Parents and Carers, A very warm welcome to you all. Please complete a Registration Form for each child before booking them onto any Wake Up & Shake Up or After School Fun Club.

Xtra Time have agreed not charge a Registration Fee if children attend 3 or less sessions in an academy year. This change will support parents who need one off childcare without having to pay a £30.99 Registration Fee in addition to an Ad Hoc booking fee for a one off booking.

T&C's do apply: Once you have gone over 3 sessions (AM or PM) you will be liable to pay a Registration Fee. Majority of our parents/carers are regular bookers, if you know you will go over 3 sessions in an academic year (September 2024 to July 2025), please complete and pay your booking fee immediately. Whether you only attend one session or a regular booker, every child must have a completed Registration Form with their booking before they are allowed to attend any club.

At Xtra Time we want your child to always be safe, however on occasions children can sustain injuries. In these situations we may need to provide first aid teatment for your child. Please confirm what treatment you consent to us providing when appropriate. Where your child needs treatment, this will be always be carried out by a qualified First Aider.

Please can we ask all parents / carers to make a manual bank transfer of £30.99 to the provision's account below using Reference: 'RegForm' and then your child's name.

It is soley the parent/carers responsibilty to make the booking payment in full. If your child's payment has not been made in full to the account specified above, we cannot secure your child's booking.
