ACEC/MN Campaign Fund "Shoot for the Fund" Team Registration Form (2025)
The 14th Annual ACEC/MN Clay Shoot will be held on Monday, September 29th at the Minnesota Horse & Hunt Club (located at 2920 East 220th Street Prior Lake, MN 55372).
- All electronic payments need to be made by personal credit card - payments cannot be made from a company card / bank account.
- Please use this Donor Box event page to make your payment with a credit card.
- Payments can also be made by check, please reach out to john@acecmn.org if you are planning to pay by check.
- The cost for a team for the Clay Shoot is $600. If each member of your team is making an individual payment or you are registering as a single participant, the amount of your payment should be $150.
- If you register as an single participant, we will attempt to match you with other players to form a full team of 4.
- Please provide as much information as you can for your participants.
