Dear Parents and Carers, Please note: Ad Hoc bookings can only be made a week in advance for the session you wish to book. Could we ask ALL parents/carers to call your Provision Manager to ensure we can accommodate your booking. Spaces will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Please note Ad Hoc bookings are subject to availability and are offered at the manager's discretion. To avoid disappointment please contact your provision manager prior to submitting a booking form to confirm availability -

Please use the contact number 07746945903 (Office Phone) during the hours of 9am-2:45pm for any Xtra Time enquiries. Please then use 07380935279 (Setting Number) for any enquires from 2:45pm-6pm. Bookings made without prior approval from your provision manager may result in your booking being refused.

We will always try to accommodate your childcare needs, however Xtra Time Kidz Club is very popular. We ask ALL parents to book the half term in advance to secure your child's booking, and to avoid disappointment.

An Ad Hoc booking is a short notice booking for parents who need to add additional days to their original Xtra Time childcare booking at short notice.

Further on from our 1st Aid Training in September 2021, it has been advised that we should administer a second dose of EpiPen 5-15 minutes after the first dose if the child does not feel better. It also allows critical time for the ambulance crew to get to the session. If your child requires an EpiPen, your child must have TWO EpiPen's with them at all times. By ticking this box you are confirming that you will send your child in with two EpiPen's. Failure to do so will result in Xtra Time sending your child to the school office. Your child will not be able attend the session until they have two EpiPen's. This is to safeguard your child and Xtra Time Staff.*
