KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
● Grad Night is a sober/drug free night (you can expect the same school rules and processes to apply to grad night) A breathalyzer and pat down will be conducted. Any inappropriate behavior or the appearance of intoxication at check in or during the event will be disciplined by immediate removal from the bus or party. Parent/Guardian will be called to pick up their students. No re-admittance will be allowed.
● You must be completely registered and payment received to attend this event.
Only graduating seniors may attend. No guests allowed. Photo ID is required at check-in. No ID, no entry.

● We will be celebrating off campus at a TOP SECRET location. The location of this event will remain top secret until students arrive at the venue location. Bus transportation to and from MHS will be provided to the top secret location. All students must ride the bus to and from the event in order to participate. No private arrivals will be allowed.
● All personal items will be checked at MHS prior to leaving for the top secret location.
NO student cellphones will be permitted into the venue for the duration of the event. To help everyone be fully present and engaged, student cell phones will be collected prior to the event, safely stored during the event and returned upon arrival at MHS. If you need to reach your student for emergencies purposes, we will be providing a phone number for contact.
We kindly ask parents for your support in reinforcing this policy.

● Students will NOT be permitted to leave the event once they have checked in due to safety reasons. In case of illness, injury or emergency, the emergency contact on the student’s registration form will be contacted to pick up the
student. The student will not be allowed to return to the party once picked up. To sum up, No in-and-out privileges; once you’re in, you’re in.
● Due to the nature of this event, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance. Ticket sales begin August 14th, 2025 and will end May 27th, 2026
● All allergies and medications required by the student during the event must be listed on the student’s forms. All labeled medications with exact instructions on administration must be checked in at arrival time and given to our Head of Transportation. All medications will travel with the student throughout the event via nurse volunteers.
● Parents are highly encouraged to pick up their students or carpool students to ensure their safe arrival home from the school at the end of the event. In the event students drive on their own and park in the MHS parking lot, we cannot guarantee security for the vehicle.
● Prior to the event, a contact phone number will be provided to parents/guardians in the event of an emergency.
● Students should dress casually, in comfortable clothes. For the all-night event with layers.
● A clear backpack will be provided to each student the day before the event for a few small personal items and swimsuit.
* The event will be chaperoned by venue staff, school staff, parents, and volunteers.
