Welcome to the SSR Trainee Journal Club!
We are excited to launch a new initiative aimed at building a stronger, more connected community of SSR trainees through the SSR Trainee Journal Club!
What is it?
The SSR Trainee Journal Club is a virtual platform where trainees share their recently published work and the publishing process. This is an informal and fully trainee-led space. Our goal is to learn more about the research our peers are doing, beyond what’s on the printed page, and to foster open discussion and community building among trainees.
When?
Sessions will be held monthly or every other month via Zoom. We will share the paper to be discussed two weeks in advance through the SSR Newsletter. Each session will feature one trainee and leave plenty of time for Q&A and informal discussion.
