This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between The Lydia Simone Company, hereinafter referred to as “Designer,” and the below-named client, hereinafter referred to as “Client,” for the rental of a custom garment for a specific event/appearance.

Description:

All rentals from Thr Lydia Simone Company have a starting rental fee of $50. Depending on the garment, the fee can be more than $50. The final rental fee will be calculated after this form is collected and the client decides on a garment that they would like to rent.

Rental Fee:$50 (starting price)

Rush Order Fee (48 Hours): $25

Security Deposit*: $50

*Security deposit is refundable upon return of the gown in its original condition, free of damage, odor, or excessive wear.
Payment Due: In full before shipment or pick up. Shipping fees will be applied if the garment is being shipped.

Payment Methods:

Cash App, Venmo or Apple Pay.
Terms and Conditions
Usage: Rentail items are to be used solely for the eveent specified above and may not be worn for additional events without prior written permission from Designer.

Care: Client agrees not to alter, wash, or clean the gown. The Lydia Simone Company will handle all post-event cleaning.

Damage: If gown is returned damaged beyond normal wear, Client agrees to forfeit the security deposit and may be responsible for additional repair or replacement fees at the discretion of the Designer.

Late Returns: Late returns will incur a fee of $50 per day, deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately if needed.

Shipping: Gown can be shipped via USPS. Tracking details will be provided. Client is responsible for return shipping via the same method and must provide tracking within 24 hours after the event.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing within 2 hours of payment. After that, no refunds will be issued.
