Computer Won't Connect to the Internet

This can be a common issue. There are a couple of things we need to know before we proceed.
Please check all that apply:*

Our tech team recently made some changes to our network.I restarted the computer and it didn't fix the issue.Our own computers connect to the internet just fine.The kiosk hasn't had internet connection for more than a day.This is time sensitive - someone is trying to access the kiosk.None of these apply.

Computer Won't Turn On

There are a couple of things we need to know before we proceed. And yes, we really do need to know if it's plugged in - sorry bout that.

Printer Says I Have the Wrong Paper
This tends to be the issue when we get calls about the printer.

The printer likes to change the paper weight on its own for kicks and giggles. We are trying to find a way to get rid of this malfunction/bug.
