FESTIVAL SHIFTS

Please check the shifts you are interested and available to help with. Please note that many of the shifts occur at the same time, so be sure to only choose one in the same timeframe.
Friday Meet & Greet- Seneca Events Center- Event Prep & Breakdown- May 15: Responsible for setting up tables and chairs, ensuring the event is set up according to plan, and assisting in breakdown after the event has concluded.

1 - 5 PM, Event Prep and Set Up8 - 10 PM, Event Breakdown
DOWNTOWN Event Set Up- Saturday, May 16: Responsible for all set up needs as deemed by the volunteer coordinator at the event site.

7 AM - 10 AM Set Up Crew8 AM - 10 AM Vendor Check In
Event Check In @ WGI- Saturday, May 16: Responsible for ensuring all participants sign waivers at the track, receive their packets, etc.

7:30 AM - 11 AM at Watkins Glen International
Downtown Parking Staff- Saturday, May 16: Responsible for parking all Corvettes on N Franklin Street.

10 AM - 12 PM
Merchandise Sales- Saturday, May 16: Responsible for selling merchandise on the Courthouse Lawn

11 AM - 5 PM
Information Booth- Saturday, May 16: - Saturday, May 16: Responsible for handing out info and directions on the Courthouse Lawn

11 AM - 5 PM
Downtown Block Party- Saturday, May 16: Traffic Control- Responsible for working with all other traffic volunteers to ensure cars are coming through downtown correctly in accordance to Sheriff Pace Car. Traffic positions are in-road positions during Original Grand Prix Circuit Laps.

3 PM - 5 PM
