2025 Golden Blocks - Block Party Vendor Form

Please complete the form to serve as a vendor for the Block Party Event.
Thank you for registering to be a vendor Tabernacle Baptist Church Golden Blocks for 140 Golden Years: Block Party Health & Resource Fair! We are excited to partner with you for a wonderful event! The event will be Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 11:00am-2:00pm on the Laney Walker Blvd, between Philips Street and 12th Street. To secure your spot, please complete your vendor registration by Friday, August 1, 2025.

A few things to consider:

Check-In at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 1223 Laney Walker Blvd.

Set-Up for vendors is from 8:00am-10:30pm.

Please bring a table, chair, tent, and items needed to set up your organization's display at the event.

We will have scheduled giveaways throughout the event. Please bring an item for the door prize raffle drawings.
