  • E3 Robotics Center is committed to making high-quality STEM and robotics programming accessible to all K–12 students, regardless of financial circumstances. To ensure equitable access, we offer scholarship opportunities for families demonstrating financial need.


    Eligibility Criteria

    Scholarships are available to students who meet at least one of the following:

    Enrolled in a school program that qualifies for Free or Reduced Lunch
    Living in a household with an annual income below 200% of the federal poverty level
    Experiencing temporary financial hardship (due to medical, employment, or other circumstances)

    Scholarship Levels

    We use a tiered model to determine scholarship awards:

    Qualification
    Scholarship Award
    Free Lunch Program
    75% Tuition Waived
    Reduced Lunch Program
    50% Tuition Waived
    Financial Hardship Review
    25–75% Tuition Waived (Based on need)

    Multi-Student Family Discount

    Families with more than one child enrolled in the same session will receive:

    25% off for the second child
    35% off for the third and any additional children

    Application Process

    Complete the Financial Aid Application (below)
    Attach proof of eligibility (Free/Reduced Lunch letter, tax documents, etc.)
    Submit at least two weeks before the program start date
    Applicants will receive a response within 5 business days

    Confidentiality

    All financial aid applications are confidential. Personal information will only be reviewed by the scholarship committee.


    Funding Limitations

    Scholarships are made possible through generous donors and grants. Award availability may vary by season and program.
