New Students

This form is inviting you to register. If we are unable to take you into your desired class, we will refund your holding fee. 

1. Initial Booking Process :

○ A £20 holding fee is payable at registration to act as a holding fee. 

2. Trial Class :

○ If, after your first class, you do not wish to continue, notify us via email. We will refund your holding fee, minus the cost of the trial. This must be done within 48 hours. Failure to let us know will result in loss of your holding fee to allow us the time to reassign the place to another student.

○ Continuing students will be invoiced for the term (we will take your holding fee into consideration). Membership will be due. You will receive a T-shirt as part of membership. 

○ The holding fee is non-refundable after continued enrolment. It is also non-refundable if you wish to cancel classes you have registered for before you commence. 

3. Start Date Flexibility :

○ Future start dates can only be held with payment. Otherwise, your place may be forfeited. 

By registering my child at Elevations Dance Academy, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

1 Uniform Policy: I acknowledge that Elevations operates with a uniform policy, which my child will adhere to. We understand a short grace period is acceptable at the start of term to allow for size changes or delays in acquiring uniform items.

2 Fees & Invoicing: I understand that invoices will be issued in late August, and that term fees are due during the first week of term. I acknowledge that late payment may result in additional charges or a pause in my child’s tuition until fees are settled.

3 Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I cancel all (or some) of the classes I have registered for my child with less than 7 days notice before the start of term, I will be invoiced for the first class(es) of the term. This is to allow time for the reserved spot to be reassigned.

4 Membership Fees: I acknowledge that should I withdraw my child prior to the start of term, the membership fee is non-refundable.

5 Data Protection: I understand that my personal data and my child’s details will be stored securely and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.

6 Media Consent: I understand that Elevations may occasionally share class footage and photography via newsletters, social media, our website and for promotional purposes. If I do not consent to my child appearing in any media, I will notify Elevations in writing by emailing info@elevationsleeds.com prior to the start of term.

7 Communication: I agree to regularly read the Elevations monthly newsletters in order to stay informed of important updates, class changes, and academy news.

8 Medical & Contact Updates: I agree to inform Elevations immediately of any changes to my child’s health, medical needs, or emergency contact information.

9 Behaviour & Conduct: I understand that Elevations promotes a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. I agree to support my child in adhering to the Academy’s behavioural standards and classroom etiquette.
