Black Night Market Volunteer Application
At the Black Night Market, we provide space and opportunities for BIPOC businesses and artists to thrive. We’re seeking dedicated volunteers to help us create a safe, organized, and impactful event.

Volunteer Commitment:
- Shifts are 2-3 hours maximum.
- By completing this application, you will qualify for any available date. We’ll reach out to confirm dates and times, so please provide an email address you check regularly.
Shift Placement:

Volunteers will be placed where they’re most needed, which may not always align with your preferences.

Shift hours vary on event time / dates!

Set-Up Crew / Vendor Coordination:
- 10:00 AM - 12 PM
- 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
BNM Table Operator / Content Creator:
- 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 - 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Tear-Down Crew: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Special Holiday Shifts (November 1 & December 6, 2025):

Holiday Craft-Making Table: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Santa’s Helpers: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
