I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Art Club of McKinney and Collective Coffee, including their officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation in this event. I grant permission to the Art Club of McKinney and Collective Coffee to use photographs, video, or other media of my artwork and/or myself taken during the 2025 High School Student Art Show only for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. I understand that these images may be used in print, online, and other media formats. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these photographs or media, and I waive any rights to royalties or other payments related to the use of these images.*
