Sacred Home Terms
By applying, you acknowledge that:
- All items you wish to consign are handmade by you or your direct team, not mass-produced or purchased wholesale.
- If accepted, you agree to pay a one-time listing fee of 25% of each item’s retail price, which covers photography, listing, marketing, safe storage, and packaging.
- Your contract will run through the end of the current quarter and continue into the next, giving your items about six months on our website.
- About 15 days before the third quarter ends, we’ll reach out to renew your contract or arrange pickup or shipping.
- If your items are not collected or shipping isn’t paid within 30 days of contract end, they become property of Sacred Home.
- You will be paid 100% of the final sale price, minus a standard 3% payment processor fee, with payouts issued monthly.
- You allow Sacred Home to use photos of your work for marketing and promotion while your items are consigned with us.
