NOVICE Uniform Order Form – Important Info
✅ NOVICE TEAMS:
ROCKIES, GLORY, WORTHY
If your athlete is not on one of the teams listed above, please do not complete this form.
➡️ All NOVICE athletes must buy a uniform unless you have the uniform from last year.
➡️ALL FEMALE NOVICE athletes must buy a comp bow .
➡️NOVICE athletes may wear any all white indoor cheer shoes.
➡️ NOVICE Athletes must purchase a lip stain. This is the same color as last year. It only needs to be purchased if your athlete needs a new one.
📏 Uniform Sizing
Sizing will be done in person at the gym.
There is no place to enter sizes on this form.
💳 Payment
Your card will be charged upon submission of this form.

👕 Practice Wear (Required)
Novice athletes must purchase a sponsor shirt. All other practice wear is optional.
